we ordered the part online but couldn't figure out how to install. even after calling the place I bought it from and the manufacturer.

I took it to the dealer, praying they'd accept it and install it with their superior knowledge!

they had quoted me $350 for the part itself + installation.

well, they installed my Internet purchased mirror for $35. hubs is sure they took pity on the overly pregnant chick with toddler.

they could have charged me $400 but I got out for just $35. so about $200 saved!! squee!!!
