This morning in my prayers, I thought of Jesus hugging me. Then I thought, even a a touch of His hand would fill my heart -

BUT then I realized how faithless and ungrateful I truly am.

I thought of the woman whose faith was so great, that she KNEW that even touching the hem of His garment would heal her.

Yet He offers Himself as my food – full Body,

Blood, Soul and Divinity in the Eucharist.

I not only do not make an effort to receive Him every day but I do not appreciate what He is giving me when I do receive Him.

Jesus, forgive me. Please change my heart and my mind. Increase my faith and let me live only to please You.

Holy Spirit, open my eyes and revive my soul that I might see all that Jesus, You and the Father

have done for me and continue to do. Let me shout praise, glory and thanks for my God at all times. Give me Faith to move mountains.

God doesn't love us because we're good; He loves us because He's good.
