It appears it is mostly followers on here that see your TL..however there does seem to be search functions for subjects and member names

so people who are not fans and friends could comment..but they have to find you first

Plurk's just not as popular as Twitter. I'll still play with it some, though; probably cross-post to Plurk & Twitter for a while.
