Now that I've moved I take the bus instead of the train; more direct & cheaper (there's a bus pass included in my student fees)

There's a really great app for bus arrivals here though it occasionally misses buses in the morning so even if I miss one there's another

within ten minutes or so. Today: one bus missed, next one boarded in 7 minutes. Bus is then struck in the rear/alongside by a working truck.

Only two stops from my house. Which means waiting for the next bus for 20 minutes in the see-your-breath cold.

Too far and too cold to walk it. Also new bus is already packed with loud teenagers and grumpy commuters. The bus that got hot had 5 people.
