I have a question about school. If a high school-age character didn't attend school, but caused trouble, would the police or anyone

"strongly recommend" it or anything of the like?

They're strongly recommending it anyway. They can't force it because it's not compulsory, but would advise it!

Question - as Silver is 141/2 would he fall into the final year of middle school? Or can I stuff him in second year?

If he'd be turning 15 this year, he'd be a third year!

so he would've been 19
