recipe help! I have to eat liver for dinner tonight. please help me make it palatable.

The only liver I would ever eat is braunschweiger. Liverwurst is ok, too.

my iron is low enough where I could risk out of home birth so I have been on a regimen in order to get it raised. the test is Thursday so

taking a liquid iron supplement and greens wasn't doing it. I've always been anemic. apparently it's a family thing. my sis had this problem

I would have a really hard time with that.... Spinach on the other hand no problem, but it sounds like you tried that route already.
