well, there were lots of great meatless dishes at the luncheon roasted cauliflower & tomatoes

there was a Texas caviar, but I thought it was great as a salad

then there is my Grandmother's salmon wiggle, a simple white sauce with salmon and peas served over toast

all sounds good! A cousin made a meatless meatloaf, made out of walnuts. Was very good!
