Tried booting in safe mode to no avail. I think I might be done with Apple.

I love the simplicity, but the way Apple locks down their stuff is really getting old.

I've googled the problem, and every solution was to send the machine off to Apple to be fixed. Hmmmm.....no.

It's the same difference. I will probably still have to wait a week on it. This machine is less than 2 years old. Apple should last longer.

How long did you let it sit? Mine had some kind of issue a couple of weeks ago, and took like 15 minutes to boot (maybe longer). Fine now.

Disaster averted! I was able to use the recovery disk & fix the issues. It's back to normal for now. Fingers crossed.

I take back most of the bad things I had to say about Apple. Most of them.
