There are no new 'social' music sites worth mentioning but Spotify is available in US and Germany now.

Spotify is a good place to mess around with playlists and connected with Facebook it is at least a bit 'social'.

You can always have a look at Edwin's www.starfishmusic.net/ website, maybe. It's fairly new, still.

that Spotify arrived in Germany (just today!!!). No more messing around with VPN proxy servers any more.
