I'll never forget when we owned our store and this lady came up to the checkout having a conversation on her cell phone and put her

selections on the counter. She looked at me as if I'd sprouted donkey ears when I told her, "I'll just wait until you're done with your

phone conversation so we can give one another undivided attention."
