have to refund her i was willing to, until today, i told her i would refund within 7 days of getting the top back, however it showed up

and is covered in stains, has a rip, is drenched in perfume and was obviously worn, now i'm thinking she's SOL... walmart wouldnt even take

omg some people. Make sure you take pictures of the top asap with the packaging to document it just in case she pulls something though.
