I clearly need to take my future in my own hands. I cannot continue to work for this shebeast.
i've been watching dr oz a lot lately for some weird reason. learning a lot of things. i wish he was younger and more hotter.
I'm thinking about quitting in the next month or two. I never really meant to stay here longer than a few weeks and its made me bloated and
The basket it what I think I had through opensky. Omg that granola is dangerous
was paleo meant for loosing weight or cleansing?
It's about overall health, steady insulin levels. Avoiding factory farmed altered meats, avoid veg oils that cause inflammation
here's my 2 cent on different diet in general - if a person becomes passionate about a goal or want to achieve something, it turns out for
i am noticing that people are changing their future goal more than a quickie. which is great.
i have to change my diet again. ugh. i'm eating an extra meal to build more muscle mass. it's so freaking hard to train your body to eat
less to loose weight, and not it's harder to train to eat more (healthy more) to gain good mass
my trainer did my BMR and said i need to instake 2,300 calories to gain more mass
Any diet can change your body. But for me paleo changes my mental health as well. Changes in anxiety and apathy without having to take
Drugs that terrify me is worth it.
i haven't take any drugs. except the insane a mount of protien shakes
Those aren't allowed on paleo.
yea, then i would just die.
I associate paleo with the cavemen...it's a hunter/gatherer diet, not a cultivated grown food diet, right? I don't know where I heard this
Nope. It's eating meats, vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds and other healthy fats. You don't need to kill them yourself.
I am happier, fitter than I have ever been in my life. I don't ever feel bloated anymore and I am never hungry.
but I have always liked my food on the naked side so for me this is an easy eating style.
we could start a paleo talk show. Except that as the token veg, I'd get yelled at a lot by our special guests.
plus my nose will look 20x bigger next to Jen's nose. Yeah, scratch that idea.
hehe, I didn't mean you had to kill things yourself. just meant its based on foods that occur in the wild, without cultivation.
cultivated food as in vegetables and fruits are allowed, organic & local are preferred
maybe it's some hardcore side group, but I've heard of people who only eat things like buffalo, deer, etc, no chicken or beef.
there are extremists that only eat raw meat too but that's not the general popular idea behind it
it's more about eating foods that existed before industrial agricultural and grains
the belief is that even though we can survive on grains and sugars that they are what causes a lot of diseases today
