it is a long story but bottom line is both me and my peer are off the same week and she is in a panick and trying to cover her ass.

because she is clueless as to what her job actually is because we do it for her.

she pulled me into a "coaching session and brought up shit that happened 3 months ago and told me I am not being promoted because

i don't embrass the core values of the company. which is amazing since two months ago I had my review and I was wonderful.

so after an 1.5 hours of me debunking all her bs her tactic is to get petty.

she has no idea who she is dealing with.
