THE ADVENTURES OF NAIYA THE SPACE BARBARIAN

So, our intrepid hero wakes up on a spaceship, in space no less!

But not everything is fine and dandy, she soon realizes when the vessel becomes the target of laser fire

So she hops out of bed and equips a suit of armor and a small sword. It's not much, but it'll have to do for now

A strapping young man approaches her, explaining the entire situation. Despite him introducing himself as Trask, we know this man to be

That dashing rogue, Lewellyn Bryse!

After a quick picking of the lock, Lyn opens the door that would lead them to freedom! But gadzooks! Ne'er-do-wells block their path!

By rushing forward and utilizing her blade, the foes are dispatched, right quick!

Clearly, the soldiers weren't prepared for the charging warrior! Naiya and Lyn move through the ship with incredible speed

Meanwhile, the last crewmen of the ship meet their end at the hands of the sith soldiers, all seemed lost!

But Lyn had worn his big-boy pants today! With a single lobbed grenade, the soldiers were no more

Such incredible teamwork!

This display of swordsmanship was rewarded with a level up for our hero~

They had arrived at the bridge of the ship! Naiya decides to leave the computer hacking to Lyn.

But they were ambushed! Lyn decides that the sith warrior's skills with a lightsaber could never defeat his incredible blaster accuracy!

Goodnight, sweet prince

Now flying solo, Naiya continues to fight through waves of enemies, enraged by the death of her comrade!

She is flying off the handle!!!

But she has reached an impasse: The doors are locked, the only way to open them being the computer terminal. How she misses Lyn...

Looking through the security camera, she sees a room full of enemies! Frustratedly, she pounds her mighty fists upon the keyboard

Through sheer dumb luck, coding wizardry, and a pinch of moxie, all of the soldiers has been dealt with

And her lucky streak continues as the previously locked door swings open!

With a quick rummage through the pockets of the deceased, the barbarian has found some new loot! Score!

As she continues, she sees a man standing near the escape pods! "You're here! Bout time!" he exclaims

"Who are you? How do you know who I am?" Naiya responds in a harsh tone

"It's me, Lyn! I survived the confrontation with the sith knight, withstood an explosion and the vacuum of space, changed clothes and_

my hairstyle, and underwent major facial re-constructive surgery before you got here, slowpoke."

Naiya shrugs and nods. This is clearly true. "Hop into the escape pod, let's get out of here."

And so, our hero escaped the space ship to the planet below.

She had survived the ordeal, and so had Lyn after some serious retconning.

What awaits her next time? I don't even know
