Politics notwithstanding, I'm facinated by the legal/constitutional arguments being made.

Its an interesting argument and sadly enough the constitutional argument could be taken away by making it voluntary to join.

I'm interested in the implications for other programs if they rule it unconstitutional. There are lots of things that may get hacked.

Politically, it's just annoying that the group who came up with the idea is the same fighting to repeal it as if it was a democrat thing.

Calling it "socialist" when it was their friggin' idea to begin with.

Snap! It's true, i'm still on my folks til my hubby comes back... But I do hope it is overruled.
