it's probably ok. Those things aren't good for much but welding, as they're so dark. And looking at the sun.

one of them (I had a choice) has a button to turn on and off the dimmer in the display.

it also dims automatically if you look at a very bright light, but otherwise you can see through it.

as I said, the masks were serious kit. No fair. Want, want, want.
