i thought about sticking things thru at work, but it's not worth it. the money aint worth losing my health and mental well being.

it's an abysmal hell, laced with vitriolic rhetoric that eats away at my reserve. i invest too much strength in trying to save face.

til my face is eaten away and i got nothing left to walk away with.

the shovels of bullshit thrown at me, i know are attempts at unrattling me, of finding a chip or inflicting a nick or hole in my armour

and i don't roll over and take it like the bitch they want me to be, i rally, i fight, i rise above, and it leave them fucking livid

but i shoot myself in the foot for this. cuz they won't stop. they need to appease their insecurities. they're ill-gotten esteemed positions

they need to belittle me to feel good and competent and effective. i just feed the monster by fighting back.

but i'll keep rising above, i'll keep fighting to succeed and shut their pieholes in the process. cuz that's my nature and what fuels me

i'm going to get out of this hell. and when i do, i'll be in a better, happier, respectful place.
