Can I just say that Lassiter confuses the hell out of me? Is his characterization just inconsistent

or does he just spend random episodes being nice because he has PMS the rest of the time?

I think his characterization plays a lot on Rule of Funny and getting the episode plot where it needs to be? :|a

But my bf and I were watching this episode where he was being all supportive and vaguely friendly and got Shawn's motorcycle out of impound

And we were like "why is this happening I don't understand"
