To anyone who may be listening; saga does not crae about customers - they care about their bottom line and only that.

Any insentive run by the company is done purely for their benifit - the prizes are shit and tend to be taken by the opps managers

so that the agents never get to go on the days out.

The staff act like children - because thats how they are treated by every level of the business - and the upper echelons do not understand

why moral is so low.

The pay is shocking and the bonuses barely make it worth the effort.

And every day is a single minded grind against petty minded and arrogantly self assured customers and nit picking and immature staff.

I want out and I want out now.
