You could harvest them...
Imagine steamed dandelion greens would be alright with a shot of vinegar, salt and pepper.
Then there's dandelion wine and tea
Have yet to partake, but I'm game.

Used to eat the centers of the flowers when I was a kid. They were kind of sweet.
Oh boy did I make my 1st batch wrong MelissaeKae. Used dandelions that were ripe. It's pretty dry, but you can blow on it and make a wish!
