It appears to be some sort of "bug".. The transactions are listed as "Delivery Partially Failed" yet customers have said they received item
"Status: Not paid" But they got my item for free. My SL transactions show nothing, theirs shows money left and then magically "refunded"

You would think LL would e-mail marketplace merchants about things like this. Their idea of "professionalism" is astounding.

I had lots of partial delivery fails before switching to direct delivery, but not since.
so I don't think the problem is isolated to either system

Veres: LL Update: We are currently working on a fix for this. In the meantime, we have pushed many of these orders through to completion..
including merchant payment.We continue to work to get them in the correct state and money paid to the merchant

I don't seem to have the bug. I put all my stuff in Direct Delivery the day it was released. Deleted all Magic Boxes.

Checked mine. I have a few failed deliveries which I did get paid for and the person just didn't get their item. And I remember these names
messaging me for their things.
Yet if a consumer pays for something and the transaction hangs so they dont get a refund and we dont get paid, we are told to contact LL.
I have had I think two in my 3 years with this store.
i will check this. my sales have really been down on mp. this could be why

And of course, it translates to such a relatively small amount of RL money per person, LL knows they can get away with it. Pity.
I've had one failed delivery like that where it just hung out for ever as "delivering" and the customer's native language was not english so
we had a real hard time ironing it out. but by and large, that is the only one.

LL loves shirking responsibility. I bought a bunch of L for a project, LL took my money as per PayPal evidence, and didn't get me my L$.
They tried to say it was PayPal's fault. I had to go through them 2 or 3 times on the phone and then file a ticket to get it fixed.
"Dakota Linden" has responded to my support ticket. Either she is unaware of the jira or is playing stupid. She sent me instructions on
how to activate my magic box.
Obviously, having a magic box and selling on the marketplace can't be trusted. I've already pulled my shop down until they restore my funds

AITUI: It's more like theft when it's $250 bucks. They also told me they'd refund the $, so I bought the L from a friend. Then they put the
L in my account a few days later. Too little, too late, LL! It's a shame they have a mediation clause in their ToS or they'd get crazy sued
