I swallowed my tooth after starting to eat my sandwich.

I had spent half an hour making it this morning and the first thing it does when I express my feelings is to injure me.

Well, that prompted an emergency trip to the dentists - I have exposed nerves all over my mouth from year of rugby injuries

- and I was pleasantly suprised to find that my proceedure would cost £100, plus the £30 from the taxi ride.

All because I made a sandwich this morning.

At the time there was pain, but now all I can do is laugh about it.
