172 of our current 191 characters are accounted for altogether!

we have 20 characters getting dropped out in R1 for double-elimination!

we have 19 complete opt-outs!

...currently trying to figure this one out, but we have 122 characters paired for matches and 62 winners!

...which means somewhere I either miscounted or we have a match missing from the doc
