越想越煩，以後要如何共事?

public accounting firms

took work away from me and pulled others in when I have the capacity to do it, because others are looking for work

review comes I get comments saying the boss had to work directly with staff, that I couldn't manage the workload & others had to help out

I never asked for work to be taken away. my fault for not seeing such split personality and should have guarded my work

gave me good ratings but review comments were saying the opposite. Can you be any trickier?
