a friend who did Jenny Craig...she lost 60 lb. and has kept it off for 2 years so far! I know it is not for everyone, but it worked for her!

She looks great, feels great, has lots more energy...she also walks 5 miles every day, which most people don't have time for.

combining exercise with it makes a difference. My mom tried it with no results. She just used the foods and had no time to exercise

1. fringegan looks good and is not as big as she thinks she is and 2. OMG 60 pounds! Now *I* want to join JC! lol

yeah that walking thing might be a problem for me! haha! But maybe if I did more intense cardio for a shorter time period???!
