like, not pressure aches but just from the sound/magnets that come from them?
like, just wearing the rubber stops is fine, but the buzz of non-sound is aldksjlfjla
and it's like my brain's being yanked out through my ears and replaced with cotton
like, I can wear them with music playing fine, but once the music stops, instant headache
That's why I don't wear them much anymore, just go with ear pieces.
Earbuds sometimes though they don't stay in all the time, and other times the things that just go over my ears, like... fit. I don't know
what exactly they're called.
Oh man, I get them real bad
Including back when I worked in customer service
the two-ear headset gave me horrible headaches
well earbuds I can wear painlessly, I don't like the curved things
I mean when I wear earbuds and there's no sound
and the one-ear headset meant I couldn't hear callers properly
and there's this pressure and white noise

So yeah, I know your pain
you weren't allowed to have soft music playing in the background? 'cause that's how I cope when working
or was it skype and immediately stops all music?
No, I was in a call center
So it was my phone headset
Which I wore for 10 hours a day
I don't think I will ever hate a job as much as I hated that one
but... it was a job. It fed me and kept a roof over my head
and food in my mouth that wasn't just rice and beans
it plugged into your computer? because yeah interference can leak into the headphones that way
since all those components are smooshed together these days
i hate that background buzz argh
yeah it usually is, for work I need to listen to interviews, but there's pauses where I have to transcribe things and then SUDDEN HEADACHE
