yesterday workout almost 5hours, and tis morning my belly looks so firm until i had my lunch, it return back to normal T^T wadafuq..all oil!

hah... is regular workout...not one heavy workout..
everytime workout around two hours, but ystday 5hours. was heavy to me T^T now my shoulders very 'sour' ><
usually depends on what your focus on....
don't too much... orelse when you have your meal.... your nutrient brings back those fats to those shoulders ..
ya. and now i not dare to eat rice. im in fruit breakfast, fruit lunch and fruit dinner -.-
haha... got competition ?
two weeks later got watersport gathering!!! hohoho
