With a dedicated graphics and 4GB RAM at least.

And i5 or i7 (Intel). Equivalent in AMD Phenom X4 is probably fine too. Otherwise, the rest is whatever.

Oh, and if you're running SL a lot, nVidia cards work better with the underlying graphical pipeline of viewers
