I got it working again

I pulled it apart and disconnected and reconnected a bunch of stuff

...it's too easy for me to forget "broken" has different meanings to others, congrats!

My messiness saved it! The floor of my room is covered with clothes and blankets and pillows, and they must've absorbed a lot of the impact
