OMG stolen truck last yr & insurance didn't pay on it..now towing co put lien on my license cuz they're holding onto

truck that burnt to ground for a year! so now I have lien on license, can't renew tags for cars til I pay the lien

and worst part is just found out the finance co AND towing co both are on my credit report! WTH???

and state didn't mail anything about lien, i didnt know til went to renew tags and couldn't....WTH?!
