the language of the license is pretty standard stuff. You also give 52 Clix a non-exclusive license to use your photos....
You need a non-exclusive license in order to use the photos on the site *at all*.
That said, it's not not above FB's moral standard to use your photos in an advertisement on their site, I would bet. They already use your
image. I get "[Friend Name] likes Target! Shop at Target.com now!"

oh great, now I need to start pulling my photos off 52clix too!
52 Clix allows you to delete all of the photos permanently and terminate the license whenever you wish. 
yeah the perpetuance of the facebook clause is the really scary part. That you cannot revoke it by terminating you account ANYMORE

deleted my non-friend photos taken with my non-cell phone camera from the site anyway. Who knows what they'll decide in the future.
isn't worried about Facebook using my photos. I think everyone is freaking out over nothing. I've seen all your facebook photos

everyone is too. But deleted nonetheless because FB has proven themselves to be kind of shady.
why not just slap a watermark over all your photos so FB wouldn't want to use them?
Watermarks make photos look ugly and it's extra work.
they would but at least you could share them with friends to enjoy the memories and not fear that the FB demons will steal your photos
