I think it depends on how much you get in to video games

I wouldn't be able to play it because I panic just playing Super Mario Bros.

I'd suggest watching a few eps of a Let's Play if you want to get a feel for it

Amnesia is great but I'm pretty unsteady.

I watched an LP where somebody was kind enough to put their commentary in captions instead of speaking.

I freaked out really bad within the first half hour just because of how well it messes with your head.

The thing that gets me is the controls, weirdly enough.

Because Daniel is unsteady and a little clumsy.

Psychonauts is wonderful. It's difficult in places (I never finished the last level) but it's wonderful.

Yeah. The longer you stay in the dark the less likely things are to see you. But the harder it is to see and the more 'round the twist
