I went to her bedroom to grab an outfit, I came back and it looked like that. She was nowhere near it when I left or came back though.

I just got off the phone with support, I have to mail it in for repairs. Once it's a bit closer to the move, I will do so. I don't want

it mailed to the new house before we actually live there...
