I thought it was because I had the Safety Level/Content Type switched to moderate instead of safe, but I switched it back to safe.

It's still not letting me add to any group except my own (the FabFree flickr). WTH?

nm it worked itself out... guess it took an hour or so to register that the setting is now safe.
