here they often have certain times it's possible for them to graduate for higher belts, often on camps of different kinds so they have to

have a general idea if (for example) around easter, summer, autumn or winter of when to get in but of cause they can change if not ready.

You can't put a time limit on self improvement. So we don't set sceduals for life change.
