Kefka - Magician in the first half of canon, Sun in the second half

He starts as the bumbling trickster and grows into a powerful mage who asserts his powers over things

Sun represents happiness, joy, optimism, accomplishment, energy - Kefka is know for being the perkiest villain, he accomplishes a lot -

but he's more of a reversed sun? nihilism, depression, etc. his social link would involve getting him to acknowledge life has meaning

or, at least, get him to not want to murder everything because life is meaningless and that makes him unhappy 8T

Shiro Shinobi's the Hanged Man - wisdom and knowledge seems fitting for the guy who does the Previously On

in addition to the complication of him being stuck between bending and nonbending...

okok so - some of the weaknesses of HM are passivity, self-entrapment and so on, which shiro considers major weaknesses of his because

he "ran away" from being a reporter

and, as someone who's increasingly upset with the way the world is, he needs to step back and accept that no, he can't do anything rn

and once he's let go, he can use his experience to start reversing the world and start fixing the wtf that is RC's political state
