a cafe near here is doing egg salad sandwhiches - sounds tasty and light... but it would mean at least using the stove long enough to boil

the eggs... and i think we're out of eggs, so for me that would mean stopping at the store...

taco salad! Mmmmm black beans and/or chicken!
