theres a vein some people have running down their tongue that prevents them from being able to get a tongue peircing

not many people have it

but they check before they pierce you

you can also actually do it without a scalpel too

its called tongue tying

you need your tongue pierced and then you use monofilament wire and tie it around the two ends

and keep making the binding shorter and shorter and itll gradually split it

a friend did it that way

its actualy one of the best ways because youre letting it split slowly and heal better than slicing it

so youre not creating a wound, the skin is splitting itself.
