got them and they look perfect! He's extremely happy about them as well. He picked up the phone to call Nikolaas and thank him.

heard his phone ring and picked it up, smirking a bit. "Hartelijk gefeliciteerd."

smiled at that, "thank you Nikolaas! The tulips are wonderful!'

sat down in a chair and nodded. "I'm glad you like them. I hope they didn't get damaged."

shakes his head and smiles, "not at all. They're in perfect shape." He had already put them into a nice vase and given them plenty of water.

breathed a sigh of relief. "I'm glad." He was silent for a moment before asking. "How old are you?"

blinks at the question before laughing a bit. "Ah I'm 145."

nodded. "I knew you were still young. A good age, though."

smiles, "thanks." He leaned back on his couch as he stared at the tulips. "How are you doing?"

shrugs. "I'm fine. Been quiet for me lately, and haven't left the house much."

nods, "eh... I can understand that. You were in the Euro cup right?"

nods quietly at that. "Ja. It wasn't much of a good team this year, though. We were nothing near our rank in FIFA."

frowns a bit, "ah I'm sorry to hear that."

shakes his head. "There's nothing you need to apologise for. We just weren't on our best feet."

blinks a bit and nods. "Ah... I see."

nods and leaned back as his rabbit hopped onto his lap. "How's your pet bear?"

smiles at that question, "Korma? He's good. Been putting a bit of weight though."

roll his eyes a bit at that. "Just keep him away from your Canadian human food and he'll be fine."

pouts childishly. "He likes the bacon though..."

rubbed his eyes. "It's fattening, especially for animals."

sighs a bit, "I guess... He gets into it though."

lightly pushed the rabbit aside. "How's the weather there?"

glances out the window and shrugs, "it's a bit hot... air conditioning helps. There?"

sighed. "Rainy. And slightly cold for my liking."

nods a bit. "It's pretty depressing when it rains."

went to go make himself some tea. "It can be. Some times it's needed though, better than a drought."

nods, "this is true. I could use some rain right about now actually. To bad you can't send it to me eh?"

paused for a moment. "Do you want to come over?"

blinks and nods, "ah sure."

nods. "I'll wait for you then." He was actually glad he took him up on his offer.

smiles at that, it would be good to visit him. "Alright, thank you for inviting me."

hung up the phone a bit later then went to clean up his house a bit.

packed a small bag and headed for the airport.

just continued to clean before heading out to pick him up. He knew he'd be a little jet lagged.

slept for most of the flight so he was okay when he landed.

glad for that. He stood outside of his car, smoking a cig and looking to the side.

came out and quickly spotted him, carefully approaching him with his small bag in tow. "Hey Netherlands."

nods. "Hallo, Canada." He took his bag and put it in the back before opening the door for him and then going to the drivers side and getting

in.

thanked him quietly before he climbed into the seat. The weather was much cooler and nicer here.

a little tired of it, but with the other here it'd seem better. He started driving home, taking the quickest way.

closed his eyes, meaning to take a light nap in the car.

glad he would get some rest. It'd be a long night for him.
