I've realized a few things this last past week though, which is good to be knowledgable about? but sucks at the same time

if I've hurt anyone in the last week, I'm very very sorry - I never meant to...it's been such a rough week - there are no excuses though

and I admit that I was very wrong in some situations, but I really hope that not too much damage was done..cause frankly I have enjoyed
