we have a workman over to redo the kitchen today, which involves a lot of going in and out of the house

our cats aren't allowed outside of the house so usually when this happens, we shut them in the master bedroom (because the master bedroom

also has the master bathroom attached, where their kitty litter is and a bowl of water so they don't die)

but because this has happened so frequently now, they will often REFUSE to be carried into the master bedroom

because THEY KNOW it means getting shut in there for half a day

as soon as you deposit them there, they make a mad dash back for the door before you can shut them in

got out their favourite toy

and played with them

IT'S THE ONLY WAY

slowly leading them toward the bedroom

AND THE LOOK ON THEIR FACES

don't feel bad, they tricked you into playing with them
