so excuse me if i mark all read from the last 12 hours

That sucks D:

i had greyjoy in my house so i thought if i banged on the door loud enough she'd hear me and come open it for me

so i did that

for about forty minutes

until i finally realised that she must've gone to sleep

and couldn't hear me

and was on the verge of a panic attack

because i had a job interview in three hours and was standing outside my house in pajamas with no key and no phone

and no change for a payphone

and i don't even KNOW any numbers off by heart anymore to ring anyway

my parents are overseas and theirs are the only numbers i know

we recently switched numbers because we moved house so i don't even know the home phone off by heart

breaking down the door didn't work

too sturdy

(good to know, though)

so then i tried the windows

all locked

nothing heavy enough around the courtyard to break a window

also i live on the second story of an apartment block :'D

so i was like

"somehow i need to get onto the front balcony and knock on Greenie's window, because she's clearly gone to sleep and can't hear me"

but how to get onto a second story balcony. '-'

so i went downstairs and out the front of the building complex to see if there was a way i could climb up

there wasn't

BUT

the building NEXT DOOR to us was having construction done

so they had a scaffold up the front

luckily it's sunday so there were no workmen there

;;

........

so i ... clambered up the scaffolding ... highly illegally ... in my pajamas

in full view of the street :'D

hopped over the second story balcony on the other building

only to work out that their second story balcony is not even with outs

ours*

so i had to tightrope sidewalk along a ledge

about an inch wide (not even joking)

for about three metres

until i could get to my balcony and clamber over onto it

and pound on greenie's window :'D

thankfully she heard and woke up and let me in

but

sob

....you are my hero...

ILLEGALLY BREAKING INTO OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTIES TO GET INTO MY OWN ....

hopefully nobody on the street called it in

and was like

"hey police, we have a teenage girl in pajamas breaking into a second story balcony..."

o-oh honey

That...s ounds like an impressive adventure.............

and i don't know what i would've done if that scaffolding hadn't been there

I FELT LIKE A CHARACTER IN A NOVEL...

when i got to the ledge i was just like

there's no way i can edge along this

i will fall and die

i do not have the balance

i literally spent about five minutes just staring at it trying to make a decision

i almost went back down

but then it was just like. nope. gotta do it! so i did...

anyway i gotta go get showered and dressed.
