the spam is welcome to go to the facebook inbox which I will never ever look at

I read an article that said that the Facebook app on smartphones can modify your contacts, removing other email and putting FB addresses

That was the day that I uninstalled the FB app on my PTD (Personal Tracking Device, aka cell phone)
