tried those already and apparently it doesn't work for me T.T
keep yourself really busy... don't stop. exert yourself so you'll be super tired by the end of the day
do not listen to music before you fall asleep. that makes you more awake.
try not to get excited when you want to sleep. relax. empty your mind. bore yourself.
honestly, you can't expect your inner clock to change that quickly. you gotta keep going to bed early till your body gets used to it.
ah, yes. i think my problem lies in me thinking of things that excite me...i can't empty my mind.
