remember last june i submitted the requirements for my correction of entry kay mali akong birth year sa inyu master list?

tapos ato na time wala ko giapabayad sa 400 all in all na fee and wala gipang mention ang uban mga requirements

now, sa letter i have to submit pa mga additional req. and pay the 500+100 fee. nag increase na lol
