Anyone know a way to prevent an allergic reaction when face masks, gloves, bundling up & immediate showers after contact don't work?

LOL I wish I could. Bought a fridge, it had rotten fruit in it and I can't clean it up by myself. Been trying to get a friend to do it for
me and it's been a week, I'm miserable and need to clean the fridge but the allergy is getting worse every day. Need to find a way to do it
Yeah, thought of that but I can't get an epi pen in time to get my house back in order before the family returns from summer vacation
