it's taking up space in how MSFT thinks of Vista, in what features they claim they have. It is taking space from a potential other app

thing is that even us people who don't work with layout or media need a decent image editor, to crop or edit screencaps if nothings else.

its a bit better than before. marginally. but might replace functionality i used to have to multitask with kodak i use kodak imaging before
