5 hours a week Donna! That's crazy!! I'm talking more like 3-4 hours a night.

smallfishbigmoney - it's not coffee. I tend to just work until I go to bed. And then I can't turn my brain off. My mind just ticks, ticks..

That's always the plan Smallfish. But then I get sucked into Plurk or my RSS reader. I'm my own worst enemy!

James, if it's just a matter of you changing your habits, then just make up your mind to do it...and do it. But if you just cannot sleep...

then see a doc. yes, that may mean pills, or it may not, but lack of sleep is far worse than any pill for you.

Donna - yeah lack of sleep completely kills brain activity and makes me so inefficient. But I'm loath to get hooked on sleeping pills..

with that said tho I am going to book myself in. It's better than doing nothing!

i doubt you'll get "hooked". you'll just use them long enough to create a new "habit" of sleeping and then u just dont need them anymore.

a change of habit is the first option. So on that note I'm turning the PC off now. Thanks for the advice guys. Much appreciated!
