oh i know the problem well. for several years, i only got 5 hours of sleep per WEEK. I'm grateful to be mostly rid of the problem now.

then see a doc. yes, that may mean pills, or it may not, but lack of sleep is far worse than any pill for you.

- yeah lack of sleep completely kills brain activity and makes me so inefficient. But I'm loath to get hooked on sleeping pills..

i doubt you'll get "hooked". you'll just use them long enough to create a new "habit" of sleeping and then u just dont need them anymore.
