the disappointing thing is, I weighed myself this morning and... have NOT lost any weight!!!

so i was right... hahahaha...

if your clothes feel looser, it's a better indicator than losing kgs.

yea all the finger fat travelled to my belly some clothes are feeling lose, but no change for the belly... coz i keep eating junk
