How high/hard was the drop?

from about waist level, so still an acceptable height for a first time drop. seemed quite hard though and it flipped once before settling

Did they replace a brand new 1 or a refurbish one?

having a working phone back is a bliss! Be more careful!

asked the same question. they said 'direct from factory' which i took to mean brand new, but come to think of it, possibly refurbished huh!
